Deaf, Deaf-blind, Blind Dog and Dog Behavior Books;    Who are "we"?

Books and Web sites listed: The major books useful for owners of deaf dogs, bling dogs and blind-deaf dogs were reviewed.  Comments were offered on the most important.  Some of the relevant Web sites available in 2011 were listed, usually without active links.   Deaf, Deaf-blind, Blind Dog and Dog Behavior Books

Who were Dr Eisenbart, T E, .... ?; Historical persons who supported the weak, persecuted, sick and oppressed were discussed breifly.  A few modern contributors for various sound reasons chose to employ pseudonyms.

Who are "we"?; A few visitors requested a brief discussion of the origin of this Web site, purposes and goals of the contributors.  During 2010 many owners of deaf, blind and deaf dogs discussed the short-falls and weakness of the ephemeral, often repetitive content chat lists (Portals such as Yahoo generally offered a valuable  list-chat platform) where usually useful information was readily available for only a few days. Most chat-list archive were often almost imposible to search for research information readable by us ordinary owners.  A longer term Web-site offered a solution, and indeed has aided by mid 2011, may thouands of visitors.

Anyone who desires to recommend a book, web site or other item for the Review section is invited to submit the key information with the Contact Form of this Web Site.  We will proceed with it as soon as we can; with our thanks to all contributors.
